Johan Rizki

Johan Rizki is the Managing Director of Granita Capital Invest. He leverages 20 years of investment banking, management consulting, business leadership and restructuring. Johan’s experience includes his tenure with Gazprominvest where he led the acquisitions and divestitures division of the holding. Prior to that, Johan worked for Philip Morris International as vice-president of M&A and restructuring. His career started at Lehman Brothers before joining Citigroup EIB. Johan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Masters in Engineering from Institut Polytechnique de Lorraine.

Calanite Romanova-Weinstein

For more than 14 years, Calanite has been involved in commercial real estate development, investment and asset management, principally in Eastern and Southern European markets. Prior to joining Granita Capital Holding, Calanite was Senior Vice President at ProLogis. In that capacity, she was responsible for all aspects of the development and leasing of several million square feet of distribution, industrial and build-to-suit properties. Prior Calanite was principal at Colliers in Moscow Office. Calanite is a graduate of Moscow State University and received a Masters in Finance from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Sylvita Romanova

Sylvita has joined the family business in 2012. She manages our special projects and currently oversees the development of a 4-star hotel in Astana in partnership with a leading global hotel brand. Sylvita completed a two-year program at Alfa bank in Moscow. She also interned at EBRD in Brussels and Banque Paribas in Paris. Sylvita attended Le Rosy in Switzerland and la Sorbonne in Paris.

German Graff

Mr. Graff brings over 20 years of Gaming and Entertainment Experience to Granita Capital Holding. Prior joining the firm, he spent over 7 years with Mercur Spielothek, a casino and slot machine operator in major Western and Eastern European markets. At Mercur Spielothek, Mr. Graff was responsible for the Company's expansion and development in Eastern Europe. Prior Mr. Graff spent time with Merlin Entertainment Group in London, where he was responsible for overlooking several entertainment brands in the portfolio. Mr. Graff is a graduate of the Humboldt University of Berlin.
